Finally a yoga class for every BODY
This class is designed for those who wish to improve their strength and flexibility with a gentle yoga class suitable for all ages and physical abilities. Many of the yoga postures will be done either seated or by using a chair or other props to assist students in stretching safely and mindfully. This is a perfect beginning yoga class that is also appropriate for pre or post natal women or those working with injury, limited mobility, or who prefer a softer, gentler approach to yoga. No materials or previous experience necessary.
Thursdays 9:30-10:30 AM in the Chapel. Begins May 2nd.

I would love to participate as a drop-in, as I’ve a conflict w 1-2 Thurs.. I’ve been looking for a gentle yoga class. Will room will be saved for drop ins? Do I need to bring a mat?

Thanks for the question. Yes, I will add a drop-in rate box in the registration form so registration can be done for single classes as well as the series. You do not need to bring anything. All materials will be provided. We hope you enjoy the class!
