Get to know folks, and keep fit at the same time! Our Biking for Wellness group will meet Saturday mornings at the Presbyterian Church of Lawrenceville, for those adults who want to get back into cycling or just want to cycle of health. (No, this is not an intense cycling club!) This group will ride a manageable route in Lawrenceville, to be followed by coffee and fellowship at an area establishment. A one-time program regarding Bike Safety will also be offered.
Saturday mornings 5/5 thru 6/23 10:00am to 11:00am
The experience is free, but the group will occasionally offer the opportunity for a free-will offering to contribute to The Community Well programs.
For more information, contact Mike Leahy at m.leahy.sr@gmail.com or Karen Buda at kbuda@pclawrenceville.org.

If I get a Sunday off from lacrosse, I would love to join! Would it be all trail biking or road biking. Have both bikes, just wondering which one to ride!
Hello Erin, Thank you for your question. This series is actually on Saturday mornings, and we hope you can make it. There will be road with some packed gravel. Best to use hybrid, trail or road bike with wider tires. Best not to use road bike with narrow tires.
Let us know if you have any additional questions.
Best,
Melissa @TCW
