Finally the yoga class for every BODY
Thursday, October 25th 9:15 – 10:15 AM in the Chapel
This class is designed for those who wish to improve their strength and flexibility with a gentle yoga class suitable for all ages and physical abilities. Many of the yoga postures will be done either seated or by using a chair or other props to assist students in stretching safely and mindfully. This is a perfect beginning yoga class that is also appropriate for pre or post natal women or those working with injury, limited mobility, or who prefer a softer, gentler approach to yoga. No materials or previous experience necessary.

I went to two yoga classes in December and really enjoyed them. Will there be more classes added soon?
