The Community Well is hosting a free community film screening and panel discussion, courtesy of the New Jersey Health Care Quality Institute, on the “Conversation of Your Life.” The purpose of the seminar is to highlight the importance of discussing one’s end-of-life wishes with friends, family and healthcare providers. A light breakfast is provided.
