Spiritual direction is a one-to-one relationship in which you share the joys and struggles of everyday life with a certified Spiritual Director. Together you sear for and discover God’s desire for your life and your desire for God. Meetings are usually scheduled once a month for an hour, where you can explore how God’s will and spirit and working, seen and unseen, in your daily experiences.
How do I start spiritual direction?
The New Directions Center, a mental health and spiritual wellness program of The Community Well, is pleased to offer Spiritual Direction at The Presbyterian Church of Lawrenceville with Ruth Workman. Ruth is a highly-regarded spiritual director, affiliated with Princeton Seminary, who also oversees an educational institute to train spiritual directors.
