Community Well Executive Director Search

We’re looking for a dynamic Executive Director to provide leadership for furthering TCW’s mission and expansion. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the ED will oversee programs, marketing, finance, administration, and staff management while representing TCW in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop and manage programs and partnerships

● Create marketing strategies and build community relationships

● Oversee financials, including budget and revenue

● Hire and manage staff; create a positive work environment

● Seek grants and fundraising opportunities

Qualifications:

● Proven business/financial and executive leadership skills

● Strong marketing and public relations abilities

● Excellent communication skills

● Experience with social media and online tools

● Entrepreneurial spirit

● Commitment to community service
