Join PCOL member Sam Morrison for 2 workshops discussing how to increase vitality in your lie, with an emphasis on improving personal practices around the 4 key areas of Diet, Exercise, Mindset and Sleep. At the end of the second workshop, participants will select one of the 4 areas to focus on for their personal practice for the following month. The group will reassemble after a month, in late July to discuss their experiences with their selected personal practice.
