This 6-week class series is designed for those who wish to improve their strength and flexibility with a gentle yoga class suitable for all ages and physical abilities. Many of the yoga postures will be done either seated or by using a chair or other props to assist students in stretching safely and mindfully. This class will give you a foundation of basic yoga postures and increase your outer and inner strength, all while exploring the yoga philosophies of mind, body and spirit awareness. No materials or previous experience necessary. Due to the inclement weather on March 8th, this series will now begin on March 15th and end on April 19th.
