WORKSHOPS

The New Directions Center is more than just a counseling center. One way that we strive to meet the mental health needs of our community is through education and training. We often offer workshops, events, classes, and trainings, etc., in partnership with our various community partners, to help educate our community about relevant mental health issues, practices, and strategies for the sake of the mental, physical, and spiritual wholeness of our community.
