Beginner Yoga – Chapel

This 4-week series will introduce the basics of yoga. We’ll explore foundational yoga poses with proper alignment, breathing exercises and centering practices. You’ll learn about the different ways yoga can be practiced (it’s more than just poses!) and how to integrate a yoga practice into your life. Props will be available and modifications for all body types will be introduced. This series is geared toward the beginner yoga student and to those curious about yoga. Everyone is welcome!
$49 for the series/ $14 per class
Wednesday evenings in the Chapel 6:30-7:30
